Xylo-oligosaccharid(XOS) is oligosaccharide mixtures composed of 2-9 xylose units linked by β-1,4 glycosidic bonds.
XOS is soluble fiber, prebiotics and low-calorie sweetener. It is a functional food and beverage ingredients that can be used in Baked goods, Flour product, Beverages and Health care products,ect.
